TPS Pro LLC was founded by Miguel Medina to serve the property managers and facility operators of the Albany Capital Region who needed a cleaning partner they could actually count on — one that returned calls, showed up on time, and handled the heavy lifts without excuses.
The company grew from residential cleaning into full commercial operations, quickly developing a specialty that set it apart: student housing turnover at scale. Today, TPS Pro flips 100–200+ student units every peak season (May–August) for major Albany student housing properties, including 153-unit Coda and 44-unit Mayflower.
From that foundation, TPS Pro expanded into janitorial contracts, post-construction cleaning, make-ready turnover, renovation cleanup, floor care, Airbnb cleaning, and facility maintenance — all across Albany County, Saratoga County, and the full Capital Region.
