TPS Pro started in the Capital Region in 2010, as Commercial & Residential Cleaning Pro, to fix one problem: property managers were juggling a cleaner, a painter, a handyman and a floor company for every building. We became the one partner that does all of it.
Built to take vendors off your plate
TPS Pro began in Albany in 2010 as Commercial & Residential Cleaning Pro and now operates as Total Property Solutions Pro LLC. The idea was simple, and it came straight from the people we work for: keeping a property in shape shouldn't mean managing six vendors, six schedules and six invoices. When the cleaning company finishes and the painter doesn't show, the property manager is the one who misses the move-in date.
So we built a company that owns the whole scope. The same crew that deep cleans a unit also patches the drywall, paints the walls and ceilings, fixes what's broken and finishes the hallways and common areas. The same company that runs your nightly janitorial can strip and wax the floors, handle a repair call at 2 a.m., or take a tenant space from demo to move-in ready and then clean it for handoff.
That model is why student-housing operators trust us with turn season. We've turned 800+ units in a single turn and more than 5,000 units to date — with one experienced crew instead of a dozen inexperienced vendors. It's also why offices, schools, warehouses and national companies across the Capital Region keep us on for recurring cleaning and maintenance.
We're based in Albany and focused on Albany, Troy, Schenectady, Saratoga County and the rest of the Capital Region. When a client needs us elsewhere, our crews also support work in NYC, Westchester, New Jersey and Florida — but the Capital Region is home, and it's where most of our work happens.
