How much does commercial cleaning cost in Albany NY?
Every job is quoted from your scope, so the number reflects your building rather than a generic rate card. Price depends on square footage, how often we clean, the mix of floors, restrooms and break rooms, and add-ons like floor care or day porter hours. Student turnovers are quoted per unit based on condition and scope, and post-construction cleans are quoted per project and phase. Request a free quote and we'll come back with a written scope and a number, usually within 24 hours.
Are you insured?
Yes. TPS Pro is fully insured, and we send a certificate of insurance and a W-9 before your first service. If your company needs to be named as additional insured, tell us when you request the certificate. Our vendor packet page lists everything we provide to procurement teams.
How quickly can you start cleaning?
Once the scope is agreed, recurring cleaning can usually start soon after the walkthrough, and we give you a start date with the quote. Emergencies are answered 24/7 at (518) 948-7156. For large jobs like student-housing turn season or phased post-construction work, book early so we can reserve crew coverage. Peak turn windows book as early as February.
Do you use subcontractors?
Our trained, supervised crews handle the cleaning and turnover work. That's the point of TPS Pro: one experienced team instead of a dozen vendors, with one point of contact who knows your building and your scope.

Do you do student housing turnover cleaning?
Yes — student housing turnover is one of our specialties. During turn season (May through August) we have turned 800+ units in a single turn across the Capital Region, including Albany, Troy, Schenectady and Saratoga Springs, with 5,000+ units turned to date. We don't just clean: we repair, paint, patch walls, ceilings and doors, and turn the hallways and common areas too — one experienced crew for the whole building. Do you handle repairs and painting, or only cleaning?
Both. Our crews handle drywall patching, painting, minor repairs, drains and general property maintenance, plus larger renovations and buildouts. Bundling them with cleaning is how we keep one contract for the whole building. See property maintenance and renovations.
Do you offer floor care?
Yes. We strip and wax, scrub, burnish and refinish hard floors, and run hot-water extraction on carpet — as a one-time job, a turnover add-on or a recurring program. Learn more about floor care.
Do you offer Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning?

Can you handle post-construction cleaning?
Absolutely. Post-construction cleanup is one of our most requested services. We handle drywall dust, debris removal, windows and the final polish to get your space handoff-ready, and we can fix punch-list paint and drywall items in the same visit.
