Most contractors hand you the keys with the dust still settling. We're the only call you make, because the company that renovates your space is the one that cleans it, maintains it and turns it over.
Commercial and residential
Commercial buildouts. We build out tenant and office spaces from a bare shell or an existing footprint — reconfiguring layouts, framing and hanging drywall, laying flooring, painting, and setting fixtures so the space is ready for occupancy. Landlords use us to get a vacant suite lease-ready; tenants use us to fit a space to how they work.
Drywall and paint. From patching a damaged wall to hanging, taping and finishing a new partition, then priming and painting. Walls, ceilings and doors are the core of what we fix in every unit turn, so our crews do this work at volume.
Apartment and unit renovations. Single rooms to full unit refreshes between tenants: new flooring, paint, kitchen and bath updates, fixtures and hardware. Student-housing and multifamily operators use us to renovate units during turn season alongside the turnover itself — see student turnovers.
Flooring. LVP, vinyl and VCT installation, subfloor repair where the old floor failed, and hardwood sanding and refinishing. Once it's down, our floor care crew can maintain it.
From demo to move-in ready
Every renovation and buildout follows the same clear path, so you always know what's happening, who's on site and what comes next.
Walkthrough & estimate
We meet on site, walk the space and map the scope together — what stays, what goes, and what the finished space needs to do. You get a written estimate, not a guess over the phone.
Demo & prep
Our crew handles demolition, tear-out and debris removal, then protects floors and surfaces so the build goes clean. A certificate of insurance is on file before anyone sets foot on site.
The build
Drywall and patching, flooring, interior and exterior painting, and fixtures set and finished — carried through by the same accountable crew.
Punch list
We walk the space with you and list every last detail — touch-ups, adjustments, finish work. Nothing is called done until each item is checked off.
Post-construction clean
The same company follows the build with a full post-construction clean — dust, debris, glass and floors — so the space is handed over ready to use, not ready to clean.
Final handoff
A final walk with you, punch list closed, keys handed over. And since we also maintain and turn properties, we're one call away afterward.

What renovation & construction work do you do?
Interior renovations and light construction: tenant and office buildouts, apartment and unit renovations, interior remodels, interior and exterior painting, flooring and vinyl installation, drywall and patching, and demo and debris removal — every job finished with punch-list completion and our own post-construction cleaning.
Do you handle both commercial buildouts and residential/apartment renovations?
Yes, both. We build out commercial tenant and office spaces and renovate apartments and individual units, using the same crew and the same demo-to-done process for either.
Do you clean up after the work is done?

Are you insured?
Yes. TPS Pro is fully insured, and we provide a certificate of insurance and a W-9 before day one on every project. We've served the Capital Region since 2010.
