We coordinate via text, email, or your preferred channel, work off your Airbnb, VRBO, or iCal booking calendar so turnovers happen automatically, and handle key handoff through lockboxes and smart lock codes. Every completed turnover gets a photo report and completion confirmation before the next guest's check-in time — and if we find damage or missing items after a guest stay, you'll hear from us before the next guest arrives, so you can file a claim within the platform's window.

Yes. Same-day availability is a core part of TPS Pro's short-term rental service. The Capital Region's peak seasons often require same-day or 2–3 hour turnaround windows, and we staff and schedule for exactly that. Advance notice is helpful, but we handle last-minute turnovers when the schedule allows.
Yes — restocking from your on-site supply inventory is included in every turnover clean at no extra charge. If you want TPS Pro to purchase and deliver supplies to your property, that's available as an add-on service at cost plus a delivery fee. Most hosts keep a restocking cabinet at the property and have TPS Pro pull from it during each turnover.
Every TPS Pro turnover includes a damage and condition report. If we find broken items, stains, or anything out of the ordinary, we photograph and document it and send you a report before the next check-in. This protects your right to file a damage claim with Airbnb within the required window.
STR turnover cleaning is priced by property size and bedrooms. Typical pricing ranges from $65–$90 for studios and 1-bedrooms, $90–$140 for 2-bedrooms, and $140–$200+ for 3+ bedroom properties. Yes. TPS Pro covers the full Capital Region including Saratoga Springs, Lake George, Malta, Clifton Park, Albany, Troy, and surrounding communities. For properties in the Lake George region and Adirondack gateway areas, availability may vary during peak summer season — contact us early in the season to lock in your schedule.
