Medical office cleaning · Albany, NY & the Capital Region
Medical office cleaning in Albany, NY — careful, consistent, after hours.
Exam rooms, waiting areas, restrooms and high-touch surfaces cleaned on a repeatable routine that follows your practice's protocols — by our own crew, when your patients are gone.
A clinic is not an office with extra rooms
Medical and dental suites need more care, more consistency and more discretion than a standard office. We scope them that way.
Physician practices, dental offices, physical therapy and chiropractic clinics, urgent-care suites, behavioral health offices and specialty practices across Albany and the Capital Region all share the same problem: the cleaning has to be done right every single night, and it has to be done without getting in the way of patient care. A missed restroom or a dusty waiting room is noticed by patients immediately.
TPS Pro builds a written scope around your practice — room by room, task by task — and follows it on every visit. We use the products and dwell times your practice specifies, work from your checklist if you have one, and keep the same crew on your account so they learn your layout and your expectations.
We are clear about our role. Our crews clean the environment: floors, restrooms, waiting areas, offices, break rooms and the surfaces your team asks us to handle. Clinical disinfection between patients stays with your clinical staff. Regulated medical waste and sharps containers are handled by your licensed waste hauler — we do not open, move or dispose of them.
We also stay out of what isn't ours. Crews never access patient records, charts, screens or restricted rooms unless your practice directs them to, and anything confidential stays where it is. If you need a room skipped, locked or cleaned only under supervision, it goes in the scope.
A scope written around your practice
Every practice is different. This is what a typical nightly medical office scope covers.
How the crew works through a practice
Exam and treatment rooms. Floors cleaned and disinfected, counters, sinks, door hardware, light switches, chairs and exam-table bases wiped with your approved disinfectant, trash emptied and relined, paper towel and soap restocked. Clinical equipment and exam-table surfaces are cleaned only if your practice asks us to and tells us how.
Waiting areas and reception. Chairs and armrests wiped, tables and magazine racks cleaned, check-in counter and pens area disinfected, entry glass cleaned, floors vacuumed or mopped, and children's areas cleaned with extra care. This is the first thing every patient sees in the morning.
Restrooms. Toilets, urinals, sinks and fixtures cleaned and disinfected, mirrors and partitions wiped, floors mopped with attention to corners and behind fixtures, and paper, soap and liners restocked every visit.
High-touch disinfection. Door handles and push plates, light switches, elevator buttons, railings, check-in kiosks, shared phones and keyboards (as directed), chair arms and countertops — the surfaces that move germs between people — get disinfected every visit, using products with the dwell time on the label.
Offices, break rooms and staff areas. Desks and workstations dusted around papers (we don't move files), break-room counters, sinks, microwave and fridge exteriors cleaned, and trash removed.
Floors. Hard floors swept and damp-mopped nightly, with periodic machine scrubbing and refinishing; carpet vacuumed and extracted on a schedule. Our floor care crew is in-house, so it's on the same contract.
Supplies. We can supply paper, soap and liners and keep them stocked, or restock from your inventory — your choice.
On your schedule, following your rules
We work when your patients are gone and your staff wants the space ready.
After-hours by default. Most practices want cleaning in the evening after the last patient, overnight, or early morning before the first. Practices open on Saturdays can add a weekend visit. For busy multi-provider clinics, a midday restroom and waiting-room touch-up can be added.
Your protocols, in writing. If your practice has infection-control procedures, a product list or color-coded cloth rules, we build them into the scope and train the crew assigned to your account on them before the first visit.
Security and access. Keys, fobs and alarm codes are issued only to the crew assigned to your building. We follow your lock-up, lighting and alarm procedures exactly, and we tell you right away if anything looks wrong when we arrive.
Consistent crew. The same people clean your practice night after night, so they know which rooms are restricted, which surfaces need what, and what "done" looks like to your office manager.

Clean, consistent, after hours

Cleaning, floors and repairs on one contract
Beyond nightly cleaning, TPS Pro handles floor refinishing, carpet extraction, post-construction cleaning after a buildout or renovation, and facility maintenance — drywall, paint, fixtures and minor repairs. If your practice is expanding or moving, we can clean the new suite after construction and start nightly service the same week. One crew, one contract, one invoice.

Medical office cleaning questions
How often should a medical office be cleaned?
Most medical and dental offices need professional cleaning every day they see patients, usually after hours. Busy multi-provider clinics often add a midday touch-up of restrooms and the waiting room. We recommend a schedule after walking your practice.
Do you clean exam rooms and clinical areas?
We clean floors, counters, sinks, fixtures, door hardware and other environmental surfaces in exam and treatment rooms. Disinfection of clinical equipment and exam-table surfaces between patients stays with your clinical staff unless your practice asks us to handle specific items and tells us how.
Do you handle medical waste or sharps?
No. Regulated medical waste and sharps containers are handled by your licensed medical waste hauler. Our crews do not open, move or dispose of them; we empty regular trash and recycling only.
Will your crew access patient records or restricted rooms?
No. Our crews never access patient records, charts, computer screens or restricted rooms unless your practice directs them to. Anything you want skipped, locked or cleaned under supervision goes in the written scope.
Can you follow our infection-control protocols and products?
Yes. We build your practice's protocols, product list and procedures into the written scope and train the crew assigned to your account on them before the first visit.
How is medical office cleaning priced?
Every practice is quoted individually after a walkthrough, based on square footage, number of exam rooms and restrooms, frequency, supplies and any periodic floor work. You get a written scope and a price, usually within 24 hours.
